At Tailor Vintage, we are committed to providing high-quality innerwear designed for everyday comfort and durability. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and exchange process has been designed to be as smooth and transparent as possible.

Overview

Our Return Promise

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange. We ask that you inspect your order promptly upon receipt.

The 30-day clock starts from the delivery date shown in your tracking confirmation — not from when you place your order.

Eligibility

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, innerwear that has been worn, washed, or removed from sealed packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

The following items are strictly non-returnable, regardless of circumstances:

  • Used or worn innerwear of any kind
  • Products without their original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or final sale items (where applicable)
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer

Exchanges

When We Swap It Out

We replace items only when they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tailorvintage.in with your order number and photos of the issue.

We cover return shipping costs when the fault is ours — defective, damaged, or wrong items ship back on us.

Sending It Back to Us

To return your product, please mail it to our address in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Contact us first so we can provide the exact return address and a return authorisation number.

  • Customers bear return shipping costs for non-defective returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking
